Ljubljana SloveniaLjubljana is the capital of Slovenia and administrative, culture and historical center of the vicinity. The city is located in the central part of the country, near the confluence of the Sava River in Ljubljanica. The population is about 266,000 citizens but during the summer and spring the population increases from the thousands of tourists, who visit this beautiful city to see the nice organization, medieval architecture and beauty. The symbol of the city is a dragon depicted on its coat of arms.
The city is beautiful and calm and will offer great ability for holiday and vacation. The sightseeing tours are almost all around the city, as here there are a lot of museums, culture centers, old style buildings and parks. Here is quiet, calm and even people are more friendly. The architectural image of Ljubljana is determined by the Austrian architect Josef Plecnik name. After a major earthquake in the late 19th century. He designed most of the nearly ruined city and dominates the city, which I am reminded of the picturesque Austrian provincial town. You can have a walk in the beautiful streets, which are all one-way, so traveling with car is quite hard for foreign people. The beautiful architecture, calm atmosphere and the river Ljubljanica are making this city one of the most impressive Eastern Europe cities.
