Tampere in Finland

Tampere FinlandFinland is one of the best organized European countries, as traveling there is always calm, beautiful and really interesting. The country is situated in the northern Europe, as usually have pretty cold weather and a lot of snow. The country has beautiful resorts, but also really good cities, which will give to all the guests nice destinations and attractions. The city of Tampere is the center of the Pirkanmaa province. The city is located between the lakes Nassi and Pyuha, as it is the second largest city in Finland after the capital Helsinki. The population of Tampere is 211,691 people and the city is center of industry and transport for the whole North Europe. The city is divided on two part from small river Tamerkoski, which connects the both lakes – Nassi and Pyuha. The historical center of Tampere is situated right along the river. The square of the historical center is situated between the theater and city hall, which are really created in beautiful style. Both buildings are built in Neo-Renaissance style in the late XIX century. The architecture of the city are brown, lined with bricks, but all of them are looking really clean. The city developed as a center of industry in Finland today, the city relies on information technology, knowledge and Telecommunications. Tampere is really well known and pretty famous with the many sightseeings. Some of the best known are the Lenin museum, but also the tourists can visit the Museum of espionage, the shoe museum, the Museum of the stone where you can see pieces of the Moon and Mars. Also the travelers can visit the planetarium, the dolphinarium and the Summer Amour Museum. Interesting is the Nasinneula, which is also the highest observation tower in the Nordic countries and there is restaurant on the top, which gives great visibility to the whole city.
