Cons
Poor Office that needs work

I worked at World Travel Holdings full-time for more than a year
Pros
Great staff on service team. Excellent managers always willing to help. Great company benefits.
Cons
Don’t plan on having brakes on time. Lunch is rota’d in and you never get it on time. Long days with lots of calls means you don’t always get time to manage workload.

I worked at World Travel Holdings full-time for more than a year
Pros
I had never worked in a call centre previously so didn’t know what to expect, but it was a really friendly atmosphere where managers and staff all helped each other. The incentives we were offered were great and really motivated me each month. I really enjoyed working here but I had to leave as my partner got a new job overseas
Cons
Working weekends and until 9pm in the evening

Pros
Parties were alright I suppose
Cons
Worst company I have ever worked for. Lack of progression, support, trying to take money off you however they can, management don’t care about staff. Stressful with little benefit. Do not work here.
