On November 18, 2017 we purchased 2 tickets for myself and my wife ****** ****** for travel to ****** ***** from **** *** **** and return. On the date of travel 1/18/2018 at 2 PM flight, for some reason we could not board the flight and asked Travel Agent to change for the flight leaving at 10 PM by same carrier on the same day. We were charged $1243.92 ( $596.62 for my wife & $647 for myself), which we gladly paid. Though I asked that it should be the same price for both of us, but he replied that if we want to fly tonight then let’s not waste time. At 8.20 PM we were informed that tickets have been confirmed and we should proceed to the counter as they would be closing at 8.30PM.
The problem happened when we landed at ***** airport and checked the email confirming our tickets, my wife ticket was OK coming back to **** *** **** but my ticket was returning to ****** ******** ************* We called the agent and were told if the mistake is there it will be corrected.
