Pros
World Travel cares for their employees/owners . With a generous 401K program, competitive salary base and awesome management , I feel very lucky to work for such a great company. During these Covid19 times I am thankful to still be a paid
employee while other TMC’s have had layoffs/furloughs. During this down time we are continuously training to improve knowledge so we will be ready to service our clients with excellent service as before when travel resumes.Cons

Pros
I am proud to be an owner of such a wonderful company! During this tough time, we take pride in keeping all of our employees employed! Senior leadership is taking great care to not furlough anyone during Covid-19. Instead, we are taking this opportunity to do trainings as our consultants are our best asset. We will come out of this even stronger!

I have been working at World Travel full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
I have worked both 2nd and 3rd shift at World Travel Inc. I have had zero problems with any management or co-workers. Everyplace has that one “debby downer”, but I have learned to ignore them. I don’t let anyone “plant seeds” that turn ugly. I work after hours/emergency service desk, so I signed on to work nights and weekends. It just “works” for me. I am able to home school and attend school functions working this way. Very happy here. Lots of training opportunities to grow as an agent. I have been in corporate travel for 26 years, and this company is by far the best at training employees.
Cons
It would be nice if some of the weekend/holiday hours were at least offered to day workers. We have to work 5 holidays a year.
